Below, you'll find some suggestions and services to create and sustain wellness: Motivational Practices: Daily Yoga Videos: Engage your body and mind with a daily dose of yoga. Tune in to instructional videos that cater to all levels, helping you find your center and stay energized throughout the day. Breathing Technique Videos: Explore calming and centering breathing techniques through instructional videos on Alternate nostril breathing or Breath of Fire. These techniques are perfect for quick moments of relaxation during your workday. Pickleball Sessions: Unwind and bond with your colleagues through friendly pickleball matches. Saturdays 10-12P and Wednesdays 6:30P to 8:30P Campus Walks: Take a break and stretch your legs with peaceful campus walks. Connect with nature and let your mind wander as you recharge for your tasks ahead. Annual Retreat: Join us in our yearly retreat where we'll dive deeper into mindfulness, team-building, and personal growth. It's an opportunity to step away from our routine and recenter ourselves. Our 2024 retreat will be on June 7th. Coming Soon Section! 60-Minute Massage: As part of our wellness program, if you wish, you can receive a relaxing 60-minute massage to alleviate stress and tension, promoting your overall well-being.
